Two years ago, Governor Tom Wolf signed into law the legalization of medical marijuana in Pennsylvania. Today, Pennsylvania Medical Schools Study Medical Marijuana! Governor Wolf supports cannabis research. This progressive move will help the entire nation. It’s a great move by the state because the more we learn, the more we can help. There is no reason that this is still not legalized by the United States. The fact that people are getting help in some states but not others is simply a form of segregation and this is something that needs to be stopped. One person should not be treated differently than another just because of where they live. This is absolutely ridiculous that you can travel to Colorado and buy medicinal marijuana or recreational marijuana but you can’t go the state next door and do the same. Some states will potentially send you to jail if you have a gram of marijuana on you, yet in California you can buy a gram without any legal repercussion. We need to be aligned as a country and Governor Tom Wolf has take a great step moving us forward.
